Anthony Stiso is a native of the north shore area of Oyster Bay, NY, where he grew up surrounded by the enchanting natural beauty and charm of the Long Island town. From the scenic shoreline to the quaint shops and restaurants in town, Oyster Bay left an indelible impression on him, and many of those features are today the subject of his work.

From a young age, Anthony nurtured a natural talent for visual art, focusing on art classes ranging from photography, to drawing, painting and computer graphics. His passion for the arts led him to pursue a degree from design school, and those skills have served him in graphic design projects for top brands including Airbus, Cablevision, Mount Sinai Hospital, the Forest Stewardship Council and Canon.

Today, Anthony still lives in Oyster Bay as a resident, and he works as an art director for a Long Island-based publishing firm. His work focuses on the peaceful ambience of familiar landmarks, forcing the viewer to focus on a scene that might otherwise be taken for granted.
